Hose Testing
Good morning,
It's that time of the year again for hose testing! Looking for a good amount of people to sign up to help assist with unloading and reloading hose. FireCatt is scheduled to be here July 17th and 18th at station 2. I don't foresee this taking two days, but both sign-up sheets has been posted for just in case. For the past two years we have been able to complete it in one day. The last day to sign up is July 16th.
Start time is at 8 AM for both days and goes till either we are done or when FireCatt calls it quits for the day. Drinks and food will be provided for all that can help. This is also a good time to get to know and be familiar with our hose loads and how everything is repacked. New members with a Redbook are highly encouraged to sign up. I also need some seasoned members as well. As always, my goal is to keep the duty crew from testing hose while on shift. This is a part-time paid event.
