QR code for Patient Follow for Condell
Good Morning All,
Condell EMS has created a QR code for any and all patient follow-up's. I will be placing the QR code at each station within the next few days. Please allow a few days for follow -up's to occur allowing for Brianna, Tricia or John to find out any additional information.
