Check-It changes

Hello all, there have been some changes made to check-it. It was brought to my attention that people were unable to view ticket orders, or were having issues creating a ticket order. Ticket orders are for when something needs attention or something is not working properly. Everyone’s permissions were changed to allow you all to see current work orders as well as create a ticket order should the need arise.

Now for the how-to…

  1. In the check it app on your phone, at the bottom right you will see “Tickets”. Click on that.

  2. At the very top of the screen it may say Antioch with an arrow symbol at the top (It may say other words besides Antioch). Click on Antioch, which will then bring you to a list of options to choose from.

    Options to choose from are:

1. Antioch

2. Station 1 facilities

3. Station 2 facilities

4. Radios/Technology

5. Hose/Accessories

6. Engineering

7. EMS

8. Station 3 Facilities

  1. Once clicking on one of the options, that will bring you into that ticket category. For example lets say I clicked on Station 1 facilities. Once in that category you will see a blue cirlcle with a plus sign on the bottom right of your screen. Press on that.

  2. Once pressing on the blue circle it brings you into creating a ticket. There you will be able to say what the summary is, details, ticket type, assignee, whether or not it’s on/has to do with an apparatus, and what equipment item it is. If you have a picture or video of said issue you can also press add attachment at the bottom of the screen

  3. Press save when done and it will post to the ticket orders.

***Some things to note while creating a ticket order.***

  • When selecting ticket type, some might only have one category, some may have a few (ie Station 1 facilities only has 1 ticket type with it being needs immediate attention, Engineering has many ticket types depending on issue).

  • Assignee: click on assignee and select the proper person that is supposed to receive that notification. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF AS AN ASSIGNEE!! Placing yourself as the assignee means that the proper people would not get notified.

  • You can only choose one assignee so please double check the list below to see who is in charge of each category!

  • You do not have to select an apparatus or equipment item if it is not from an apparatus. Simply just write in the summary/details area, select ticket type/assignee, and then attach any pictures or video you have of the issue, if necessary.

Personnel and their categories:

  1. B/C Keefe = Station 1 Facilities, Station 2 Facilities, Station 3 Facilities

  2. Engineering = B/C DuShane

  3. Hose Accessories = Lt. Quinnett

  4. Radios/Technology = A/C Meltzer, B/C DuShane

  5. EMS = LT. Gomez, Lt. Kueber

***There will be a video posted to Target Solutions walking you through an example soon, but in the meantime please feel free to contact me with any questions!!***
