Good morning everyone,

Passing along an update from Condell regarding the ambulance bay security project.

The project has been completed, and starting Friday, 2/6, crews will need to use the intercom for entry into the ED from the ambulance bay. There is a phone at both the charge nurse and secretary desks, so there should not be any delay with staff responding and opening the door.

This is a big win for Condell and for our crews. The ambulance bay entrance has never been fully secure, and this change helps provide a safer environment for both patients and healthcare personnel.
