Hey everyone,

FFIB recently approved the purchase of 63 gear locker name tags. These were ordered for members who have been on the department for over one year and have completed their probationary red book.

We made this decision to avoid unnecessary costs from high turnover, so the tags act as a bit of a milestone; similar to earning your badge.

We do plan to place future orders annually (likely at the beginning of the year) for members who hit the one-year mark and complete their requirements. If you didn’t receive one this round, stay tuned for the next order cycle in 2027.

The current batch has arrived and is at Station 1 for pickup. FF/PM Frank will begin handing them out starting today.
