2163/ 2125
2163-When doing rig checks and training crew was unable to completely lower the porta tank. Crew was able to fix it, a red wire on the front piston was loose. Dushane was informed. wire seemed to stay in and lift was working.
2125- the red light was on top of the officer's side back does not scan, crew informed Dushane.
