The application for the Advocate Condell Medical Center EMS System Paramedic Program is now open. This CAAHEP-accredited program runs from August 18, 2026 through June 22, 2027, with classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 0900 to 1600 at Advocate Condell Medical Center. The program provides a comprehensive pathway for advancing in emergency medical services, and graduates are eligible to sit for the NREMT-Paramedic examination for state licensure.

Applications must be submitted in PDF format by 1200 on May 18, 2026, and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are required to submit a complete application packet, including documentation such as EMT licensure, identification, BLS certification, and proof of prerequisite coursework.

Selected applicants will be contacted to complete an EMT competency exam and pre-admission interview in early June.

This program requires a significant commitment, including scheduled class time, clinical rotations, and field experience. Tuition is $5,000, with additional costs for textbooks, screening requirements, and licensing fees.
