Good afternoon,

I was just notified that Aurora Hospital's cardiac catheterization lab is currently closed and is expected to remain closed until sometime this fall. Effective immediately, please do not transport STEMI or other cardiac cath activation patients to Aurora. Follow our current STEMI destination guidelines and transport these patients to the appropriate receiving facility with an available cardiac cath lab.

Please pass this information along to your crews. I will provide an update once Aurora's cath lab is back in service.
