Fire Buddies Fundraiser Update!
This past Saturday we had our first fire buddies fundraiser and it blew my expectations out of the water. To the members who showed up on duty, off duty and everyone who gave advice and donated stuff I want to say THANK YOU! We were able to raise $4,442 dollars for the fire buddies organization. We'll be back next year and are looking for ways to improve and make the event better. But most importantly, I'd like to thank the people below:
Chief Cokefair: For giving us the opportunity to be apart of the fire buddies and running with it
Ryan Day and Ian Hartwell: The best meat and 50/50 ticket salesmen out there
Dan Frank, Andrew Vroman, Hannah Lange: For helping sort tickets and being there for any other task we had
Tim and Marianne Peistrup: Thank you for your basket donation!
Chris Lienhardt: Thanks for the donation towards the meat raffle cost!
Red, Gold and Black Shifts: Thank you so much for coming up with a basket for the raffle
Chris Bout, Raeanne Fisher and Mike Kueber: Thank you guys for everything you did behind the scenes and all the coordination leading up to and on the day of the event. Because of you guys, this event ran so smoothly it was like we've been doing it for years
Kevin Fielder: Even though you won't see this, but thanks to Kevin we were able to use the Limerick and he was the MC for the event. Kevin also assisted us with logistics and answered any questions we had regarding our first raffle.
