Info On your Physicals Please Read

Here is what is going on now. I am starting to send out the kiosks. Please let everyone know to be looking for the kiosk in their email or even their junk email.
Also, I don’t know if you remember this from last year or not. I have to put appointments into the hospital Epic system in order to have the labs run. In order for these appointments not to conflict with our regular appointments, I have to enter them in the middle of the night. Time slots like 3:00 am on. PLEASE make sure to let your employees know that if they get a reminder for that appointment, just IGNORE IT. They are place cards per say. You would not believe how many times we have a firefighter cancel their 4 am appointment that they think has been scheduled for them. That throws everything off. Just let them know that their appointments are at the time that you assigned on the onsite. Disregard other reminders.
