2125 came back and in the process of a weekly and putting all equipment back on crews noticed a few issues but one big one:

• Air horn is not working (NFPA 1911 states you need a horn of some sort)

• The siren box in the middle of the dog house has a horn button which creates a louder electronic "noise" This is what will need to be used to keep the rig in-service

Please work with your engineers and officers, reviewing how to operate this engine.
