2173/2180

Good afternoon,

I apologize; this post was typed out but never posted to the website.

On Wednesday 10/22, the crew and I found old 2173/2180/New Plow Truck with a dead battery. We were able to get it jumped and started. We relocated the truck in front of the pull barn on the south side of the station in a parking spot. We also ran an extension cord from inside the station to the vehicle to keep it charged. No issues with the set up. DC Cook approved for the brush truck to be relocated to that spot for easy charging of the vehicle.

Today, the crew was doing a rig check and noticed that 2173/2180 had a tough time starting. Crew checked the outlet and power cord and noted it was still working. Please keep an eye on this vehicle and start it daily. Winter is coming.

Y'all have a fantastic weekend!
